Penalties
Of course we don’t want to have more trouble and cost so we have to maintain some legal requirements. If you fail keep the financial responsibilities you may suffer the following penalties:
• Your vehicle registration will be suspended if the following happens:
? You miss to alter your liability insurance policy within 45 days after it has been canceled.
? Your insurance provider misses to electronically provide evidence of insurance within 30 days after the state issued your registration card on a vehicle.
? You raise false evidence of insurance.
• If you get pulled over by peace officer and you cannot present a proof of financial responsibility, you will receive a traffic ticket that amounts $1000 or more and you will go through the court system.
• Your vehicle may be impounded and you may be charged a fine.
• You could have to pay for injuries or damage acquired by the person if you had any part in causing it.
