Legal Requirements
The minimum requirement of the state for bodily injury and property damage is 15/30/10. “15” referred as the minimum requirement for single injury and “30” is the maximum. “10” is referred as the minimum requirement for the damages done to the property of the other party involved.

• Property Damage Liability- $10,000
Delaware follows the no-fault system. Which means that individual’s insurance company will cover up the expenses incurred during an accident and they require you to carry Personal Injury Protection (PIP).
Personal Injury Protection (PIP) will help you pay for “reasonable and necessary” medical expenses for you and your passengers. The minimum Personal Injury Protection coverage is $15,000.
